Audio, video, and photographic recording are permitted at most performances as long as it is discreetly from your seat, does not interfere with your neighbor’s enjoyment of the performance, and no flash or other lighting is used. Recording is permitted for personal use only, not for commercial gain. For this reason, cameras, video cameras, tripods, tablets, and audio equipment are not permitted. The Sunrise Theatre is the sole judge of what equipment and activities are permissible. Persons whose activities disturb other audience members may be asked to cease such activities or be subject to ejection.

This policy may be amended at any time, including (especially when a performer requests) a complete prohibition of audio and video recording at a specific performance.
