We have taken enhanced health and safety measures — for you, our volunteers, staff and all other guests. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting the Sunrise Theatre and Black Box.

We are requiring that all guests wear masks/ face covering at all times when not seated during an event and strongly advising that they keep them on at their seats during a performance. This includes entering and exiting the building, visiting restrooms and concessions, and moving throughout the building. The Sunrise Theatre is following all CDC and local guidelines with our sanitation measures and limited social distancing seating. When in the Sunrise Theatre patrons must follow the CDC and local guidelines and the Governor’s orders by keeping socially distanced from one another. Patrons and staff must keep our distance whether in the lobby, hallways or house. For more information please visit the Box Office.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where  people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting the Sunrise Theatre campus, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

If a performance you have tickets for has been postponed or rescheduled:

Hold on to your tickets for now. Your purchased seats will be valid for the new performance date. More details will be coming when we confirm the new date! For those who can’t make it to the new date, we ask that you accept a credit to use towards an upcoming show, exchange your tickets for a different performance or donate your tickets to the Sunrise Theatre. Your support now will prevent price increases and protect ongoing programs. For those who love our venue and want to see us continue after these challenges, please consider making a donation or donating the value of your tickets. We need your help to keep tickets affordable, our venue accessible and upgrades possible.

As we continue to prioritize the health and well-being of our patrons, artists, staff, volunteers, and community, operations have been temporarily modified. By purchasing tickets you voluntarily assume to waive all rights to refund any fees at any time. Ticket holders will be able to exchange, refund, donate or gain credit on their account in the amount of the price of the ticket(s) ONLY in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of a performance.  In the event a performance is not canceled all ticket sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges.
